Col. Anuj Chaturvedi (Retd.)
An alumnus of Indian Military Academy commissioned in Dec 87. After initial commissioning to a Signal Regt deployed in LoC / CI role in North J&K moved onto the challenging tenures in Staff at Grade2 level handling Counter insurgency operations both in Northern and North Eastern theatres.
A career spanning over three and a half decades in diverse appointments and technology rich environments holds post graduate degree M Tech (Computer Science) with Information Technology and M Phil in Energy Security.
Post series of command and staff courses and after clearing promotion boards Commanded a Communications unit wherein field experience of handling networks & command centres handling border communications and networks in North East. Subsequently as Group Commander Technical Support with the prestigious NSG was exposed to Counter Terrorism & Anti Hijack operations under MHA.
There on moved to one of the largest formations in NE as Colonel General Staff handling Information Systems , Staff Duties and overall Equipment Management functions involving a mix of Border management and the sensitive Insurgency operations.
Over the years developed competency in Risk & Disaster Management, Physical access, & Crisis Management.
Adept at security management, implementation and proofing of Aviation operations, IT parks, Malls, Metro security and likewise strategic assets. Worked in procurement of cutting-edge technologies for CAPFs under MHA(GoI). Strong information technology expert with a Master of Technology (M Tech) in Computer Sciences & IT from DAVV (formerly Indore University), as well as in-service HR Management, Command and Staff courses.

Sharad Jhingan is a senior business leader with over 35 years of Board and C-suite experience across infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, and renewable energy. Over his career, he has served as Board Member, CEO, COO, and CFO across publicly listed and promoter-led groups, and has led over USD 2 billion in capital raises and cross-border transactions spanning India, China, Singapore, Taiwan, and Europe.
Most recently, as Board Member and Executive Vice President at Ace Urban Developers, he drove international partnerships and business development for smart townships, autonomous transit, and EV mobility projects, signing MOUs with global partners including SMRT, CRRC, AECOM, and Surbana Jurong. Earlier roles include Group President at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts, COO at Lanco Infratech, and CFO positions at Vatika Limited and Bhaskar Infrastructure.
He holds an IMPM from INSEAD, France, and an MA in Management from Lancaster University, UK, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
