Chairman
Raghu Cavale has 40+ years of experience in building deeptech businesses. A well recognized Engineer, a proven Salesman and a popular teacher/mentor Raghu is now an Advisor/Board Member/Visiting Faculty.
The 40 years have taken through electrical, mechanical and chemical sectors across functions of engineering, design, product development , project execution, sales and finance.
Raghu is presently teaching at Manipal University and sits on the Board of a 3D Printing company, a new age space company and is an advisor to a large US PE fund.
Dr. S.Guruprasad

Former Director General, DRDO & Distinguished Scientist | Former Director, R&DE(Engineers), DRDO, Pune
Dr. S. Guruprasad is a retired Distinguished Scientist and former Director General of DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, with over 34 years of service in national defence research. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University, a Master’s in Machine Design from Bangalore University, and a Ph.D from IIT Bombay.
He joined R&DE(Engineers), a DRDO laboratory, in 1986, where he worked on Military Bridging projects and Missile Launchers under the Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme (IGMDP), and carried out significant research in underwater shock dynamics, blast and impact-resistant structures, and composite structures. He served as Project Director for the BrahMos Weapon Launch Systems, and later as Director General (Production Coordination and Services Interaction), leading international scientific delegations and shaping the country’s defence technology acquisition and manufacturing policies, including co-chairing the Joint Technology Group with the USA.
Dr. Guruprasad holds 30 patents, including several international, and has authored numerous publications in national and international journals. His accolades include DRDO’s Scientist of the Year (2010) and the Swatantryaveer Savarkar Award (2020). Following his retirement in 2020, he founded InnoGP Technologies Private Limited, an innovation-driven design house focused on Combat Engineering Systems and Unmanned Systems for defence and civilian applications, and continues to advise DRDO scientists, universities, and industry.
Dr. Guruprasad has many technical publications to his credit in various National and International Journals and conferences. He has 30 patents to his credit, some of them international (USA, Russia etc..).
Dr. Guruprasad was appointed as Director General (Production Coordination and Services Interaction) in the year 2016. He led many international Scientific delegations setting the course of International Defence Research Co-operations. He also contributed to the Defence Technology acquisition & manufacturing policies of the country. He co-chaired the Joint Technology Group with USA that made significant progress during his tenure.

He was given “Swatantryaveer Savarkar Award” on 28 May 2020 in recognition of his Contributions.
After serving in DRDO for over 34 years, he superannuated from DRDO in 2020. He continues to advice young scientists of DRDO whenever called upon.
Dr. S.Guruprasad started “InnoGP Technologies Private Limited” an Innovation Driven Design House to quench his thirst for creativity and to contribute to Defence R&D. He has 10 Patent applications in process and four of them have been granted and a few prototypes are under testing.
Dr Guruprasad is presently engaged in development of number of Combat Engineering Systems. He is also engaged in development of Unmanned Systems for Defence and Civilian applications. He continues to Carry out R&D on Dual Use Technologies. He also advices number of Universities and Industies.

His extensive global network and proven track record position him as a key advisor and investor in high-growth industrial and defense ventures worldwide.
ANKIT BENGANI

Ankit is the Principal & Director at Marwar Capital, where he leads the global investment efforts for the family.
Marwar Capital is a single-family investment office and, as a family office, it has been investing into Indian alternatives markets since 1998 and since 2009 have been gradually investing in funds selectively in US & Asian markets. The family-owned business conglomerate has a continued history of over a century in conducting businesses across various sectors worldwide, while adhering to the highest standards of trust, ethics & integrity. The group is active in Paper, Pulp, Chemicals, Education, Mobility, Media & Industrials.
Prior to Marwar, Ankit spent over 14 years gaining knowledge in the financial & capital markets by working with firms like Kotak Investment Bank, Samena Capital (India) and International Head of Motilal Oswal. Ankit holds a Finance degree from H. R. College of Commerce, Mumbai and post-graduate degree in Business Management, University of Mumbai.
Ankit has been active in various social & philanthropic interests of the family, while also assisting in the education and healthcare welfare activities in rural Rajasthan and Maharashtra by his foundation – VeCare.
KASHISH SHAH
Chief Financial Officer
Kashish brings over a decade of expertise in capital markets.
Since 2019, he has been with Marwar Capital, where he oversees the family office’s investments across various asset classes.
Prior to this, Kashish played a pivotal role in establishing the international business at Motilal Oswal Asset Management.
His academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in management studies and a master’s degree in commerce and finance from Mumbai University.
